Most well mannered people do not want to get into the gutter with the opposition. I would definetly vote for you to replace Herbig. Reach out to those you would like to have serve with you and your group could present a viable welcome to the current laissez fair monkey minds

People need to step up, run for council, and/or hold them accountable on poor financial practices.
